A seasoned Company Secretary and corporate governance expert with over 41 years of experience both in Malaysia and internationally. A qualified Chartered Secretary and Fellowship of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (FCIS) (CS) (CGP), I also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the United Kingdom.
My career spans diverse roles in corporate secretarial, risk management, corporate finance, accounting, business development, operations, and administration. I have had the privilege of working with leading organizations such as Astro, Usaha Tegas, Arabian Oud, Alaris Aerospace Systems, Malaysian Association of Commercial Radio Operators and currently company secretary for a company listed on Bursa Malaysia
Currently, I am a Senior Partner at Corporate Bridge Solutions PLT, where I advise a wide portfolio of clients across multiple industries. I specialize in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, strategic advisory, and stakeholder engagement—bringing a combination of deep regulatory knowledge and entrepreneurial insight.
Karthi has been involved in advertising, public relations, brand strategy & positioning for over three decades manging communication needs for various clients.
He has been a Council Member of the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents, for the over 18 years and was Chairman of the Malaysia’s foremost Creative Festival & Awards Show – The Kancils for 2 years.
Karthi was the past Chairman of Audit Bureau of Circulation, Malaysia – the body that oversees and audits all print and online publications in Malaysia. He was also a Board Member Communications and Multimedia Content Forum of Malaysia – the body addresses grievances from consumers and industry members on matters relating to content over the electronic networked medium under MCMC and a Board Member of Advertising Standards Authority of Malaysia.
He has been Jury & Judge for the STAR Outstanding Business Awards (SOBA). Malaysian Digital Awards, Malaysia Marketing Effectiveness Awards ( EFFIES ) and the Malaysian Media Awards for the past 15 years.
Karthi holds an Executive MBA in Creative Leadership and currently works as an independent consultant.
Karthi has been involved in various NGOs. He has been an active member of Rotary in Malaysia and has served as President, Rotary District Public Image Chairman, Assistant Governor, District General Secretary , District Trainer. He is currently Secretary General of the National Coalition of Mental Wellbeing Malaysia
Logan is an internal control walk-through expert with Technology Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) experience in defining, testing, managing and reporting on internal control mechanisms of complex and emerging technology processes including ascertaining reasonable remediation measures and policy requirements over material business processes.

Logan has worked in ITGC reviews since institution of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 with wide industry exposure and knowledge. He has strong grasp of finance, economics & business process to measure and report on IT related business risks for executive/board level perusal. In addition, he is well-versed in a wide range of industry regulations and can rapidly evaluate emerging rules & regulations and its associated IT risks.
His expertise spans ITGC, OTGC, Cybersecurity, Cloud technology controls, ML/AI, IT Governance and other emerging areas of technology risks and opportunities.
